Traditional consultancy is often concerned with writing reports. My approach is more action and results orientated. I assist organisations both in New Zealand and internationally to identify the issue – and then how to resolve it. I partner with you to enact change, assisting with development and embedding of new processes.
Transformation, Change Management and Organisational Development
Some companies need restructuring. Many don’t. I would prefer to refresh, reframe or revitalise your business than take the knife to it. I am proficient in all methods. Change management and organisational development projects are orchestrated with the outcome firmly in mind. Should senior management be a barrier to progress within the organisation, this will be dealt with as part of the process. I ask for the key to your organisation – I need to work unimpeded.
Strategic Consultation
Getting a grip on how to move an organisation forward becomes increasingly difficult the less objective one becomes. The more objective a senior manager believes he or she is, the less they probably are. My strategic consulting services are offered to businesses in New Zealand and Internationally and focus on pulling your thinking out of the operational. This involves steering your organisation, repositioning your sales and marketing initiatives, or redefining other areas of your business.
Troubleshooting
Got a problem that you know about or can see the effect of but cannot fathom how to resolve? I look for the cause, not the effect and prescribe the relevant ‘corporate surgery’ or ‘remedial action’ as appropriate.
Internal Audit/Process Development
Climate surveys, process integration, performance and client focused systems evaluation can all be audited to give a clear picture of what is occurring in your organisation and areas for improvement. Processes can then be developed to remedy the shortfall.

My performance coaching sessions have proven beyond doubt that people and businesses are capable of much more than they ever imagined by following a clear strategy.
To ensure that I am at the top of my game, I take on a new sport or activity annually. I start from the beginning, the ‘learn’ phase, I ‘earn’ my stripes, then I ‘burn’, that is ‘go hard’. Learn-Earn-Burn.
