Indigenous trade is big business, for the smaller players

Indigenous trade is big business, even for the smaller players

Indigenous Development fits within my focus  of Economic Development.  My interest is to assist any grouping to evolve its collective economic aims.  Within New Zealand I work with Maori at national, iwi and hapu level in the areas of strategy, business case development, Joint Venture facilitation, route to market and business development.  My work in The East includes understanding Western culture, retaining Indigenous hallmarks of excellence, molding corporate structures to fit both Western and Eastern philosophies, and  training in negotiation strategies which enable a win-win.

Usually, but not always, Indigenous enterprises are trading outside of their traditional boundaries with others of a differing culture.  I have the knowledge, expertise and, most importantly, the personality to facilitate the growth in understanding between two cultures to enable successful trade.
