My strengths are in strategic management which means taking a strategic view of the manufacturing process and identifying core competencies, areas for outsourcing, considering alternative manufacturing processes, product redesign considerations, reviewing if the product is fit for market, and whether the product should even be within the product mix of the business.  My involvement can start in the infancy of the research and development phase, or to review existing practices.
